7. User Verification

Love Connection offers an optional identity verification feature to help maintain a trusted and safe matrimonial community. Users who choose to complete verification are required to submit a live selfie and a government-issued identity document, such as a passport or national identity card. Verification is not required to register or access the app, but verified members receive a Verified badge and gain access to enhanced features, including full messaging capabilities and increased profile visibility. Identity documents submitted for verification are used solely to confirm a user’s identity, are never shared with other members or third parties, are stored with industry-standard encryption, and are permanently deleted once verification is complete. Users may contact us at any time to request deletion of their verification data.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
